Irvine, CA - Jim Kitchel, CEO of Newcastle Capital Corporation, was a guest speaker at the 2007 California Tech 100 Conference.  He also served as a panelist for the business plan competition. 

The California Tech 100 Conference is presented by the California Innovation Corridor, the Office of the Govenor and  the California Space Authority.
